| * Go to Setup * Enable Direct Sound * Select the SFX Button * Select Compressor and click Add. * Under Compressor Properties, use the following settings: o Gain = Adjust for how loud you want people to be. (I use 15) o Attack = 0.01 o Release = Around 500 o Threshold = Around -30 o Ratio = 100 o Pre delay = 4.0 | |

| Volume normalization. It makes it so that everyone comes out the same volume for you rather than some terribly loud and others extremely soft... | |

| Now this sounds awesome. I've been adding the special effect "volume" to select people and increasing or decreasing their volume. | |

| Vent is actually bearable with a compressor added. | |

| I've done this, but lately I've noticed that some people are still too low to hear. I can barely hear Atrium when he speaks and there are others that I can't really hear. Some people come in a bit loud too.
I've rechecked the settings to see if everything is the same and it is, so I don't know what it is.

| In my case its a drivers/software issue. I'm working on it. | |

Oh okay. Well it's not that I can't hear you, but your voice is extremely low. Well, an hour ago I couldn't hear you at all.

| Maybe it wouldn't be a BAD thing if we couldn't hear Atrium....?

If I didn't like you, you wouldn't hear it on forums. I would say shit straight to you, broseph. Probably anyways...
